I Was facing same issue with chrome, I can spy but its not highlighting afterwards. Other processes are still using IE, which is more stable. We partially upgraded to 6.9 with the respective Chrome extension and it works now to create processes but it is somehow unreliable when executing. Chrome upgrade frequency is a real issue in our environment. 
Unfortunately we didn't find a solution since our Chrome version was frequently upgraded, out-versioning the compatible extension that can be used with Blue Prism 6.4. Unfortunately this was not the issue for me. If that is unsuccessful, could you verify if other websites have the same issue?
